Our Service Technicians are now trained in JELD-WEN Onsite. JELD-WEN Onsite is a new App that connects contractors and installers directly to a Certified Service Techs that will assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting your product issue. The application allows us to see what you see, through screen sharing and co-browsing using your smart phone. This is a helpful new tool that is creating exponential service execution when running into product malfunctions.
